History of Pasir Puteh
Kampung
Pasir Putih is a fishing village that located on the shores of Selat
Tebrau, which opened on 1895 by a fisherman named Pak Sulong. Because of
the white and clean beaches sand , Pak Sulong and the villagers named
the villages as Kampung Pasir Putih. Early opened , the villagers only
used a water from the well and a light for daily needs and the waterways
as a key to link with the outsider , until government had supply the
facility on 80's. Kampung Pasir Putih also known as Traditional Village.
This village also provide many facilities such as :
- Mosque
- School and Pre-School
- Public Transport eg. Taxi and Bus
- Community Halls
- Workshop
- Stores
Restaurant
This restaurant was located at Sg. Latoh , Kongkong. Serve with fresh ingredient direct from the sea. Also provide a fishing service, boats rental and much more.
One of the famous restaurant in Pasir Gudang. They serve fresh seafood from the sea. Customers all around Johor and Singapore.

There
is also fishing spot in area of Kampung Pasir Putih but it was not
really famous as Kampung Kong Kong that totally a fishing activities
area. Kedai
Makan Rahmat also got a supplier from a fisherman in area of Kampung
Pasir Putih to serve a freshness menu every day for his customers.
